This is an independent resident-led project by Chris Folkerts, not an Avalon or City service. Chris reviews the accounts residents choose to submit. It is not an official complaint or emergency-reporting channel.
Starting records your consent and opens a time-limited session. Your answers are not autosaved. When you explicitly submit, the original typed answers, answer corrections, final reviewed account, permissions, and any optional contact details are stored through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. Chris receives them, and they may be retained for legal use. Closing or reloading the page before submission loses your unsent answers.
No. Contact details are optional and appear only if you allow follow-up contact. Permission to share your account with Chris’s legal counsel is separate and optional. Leaving it unchecked grants no permission. Submission does not authorize public posting, filing, or signing a statement for you. Anonymity and legal privilege are not guaranteed.
